Splitoll Terms of Service

Effective Date: 15 May 2026

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Splitoll mobile application and related services ("Splitoll", the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Splitoll you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Daniil Ostrogradskii ("we", "us"), an individual doing business under the trade name "AllMobile". Postal address available on request from splitoll-support@allmobile.app.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use Splitoll. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

By using Splitoll you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install and use Splitoll on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Your Account and Anonymous ID

Splitoll is anonymous-first: it generates a local anonymous ID on your device. That key is your identity. You are solely responsible for keeping it safe.

If you choose to sync across devices, you may pair additional devices using the in-app pairing flow.

When using Splitoll you agree not to:

5. Subscriptions (Splitoll Pro)

Splitoll offers an optional paid tier ("Splitoll Pro") with additional features such as cloud AI parsing.

6. User Content

Splitoll does not host public content. Expense data you enter remains under your control. When you sync expenses with a group, you grant other members of that group the limited right to view, edit, and store those expenses as part of the group's shared ledger.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you enter and for having permission from anyone whose information appears in it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Splitoll is a bookkeeping aid, not a payment system, accounting service, or financial advice. Calculations are best-effort; you remain responsible for verifying balances before settling any real-world payment.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Splitoll is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event (or EUR 0 if you used only free features).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued operation would create legal risk for us, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where practical.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice and the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, delete your account.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country.

Disputes shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If they cannot be resolved, they will be settled by the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland, except where your local consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your home court. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
