How to Delete Your Splitoll Account

Effective Date: 15 May 2026

Splitoll is anonymous-first: there is no email, phone, or social login. Your anonymous ID, generated locally on your device, is your account.

Below is how to delete your account and what happens to your data afterwards.

Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Splitoll app.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action.

This sends a deletion request to our sync server (if sync is on) and wipes the local database on the current device.

Option 2 — Web Request

If you cannot open the app — for example, you uninstalled it but still have your anonymous ID — email splitoll-support@allmobile.app from any address with:

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Within 30 days of a verified deletion request, we erase from our servers:

After deletion, your anonymous ID can no longer authenticate to our service.

What Does NOT Get Deleted

Splitoll groups are shared by design. To protect other members:

This follows the Splitoll soft-delete model. If you also want to be removed from a specific group, ask the group's captain to remove you before requesting account deletion.

Important Caveat About the Anonymous ID

Because Splitoll is anonymous, your anonymous ID is your account. Consequences:
